Our services are designed for seniors who want reliable, phone-friendly support and for family caregivers who are juggling multiple responsibilities and need a helping hand.

How does the subscription work?
We offer three tiered subscription plans—Essential, Priority, and Premier—each providing a set number of hours per month for calls, tasks, and virtual assistance. You can pay monthly or quarterly (and save 10%).

Can couples share a subscription?
Yes! Couples living in the same household may share one subscription, with a maximum of two people per plan. Just let us know both names when signing up.

What if I need more help than what’s included in my plan?
You can purchase additional support hours as needed. These are available exclusively to active subscribers.

How do I contact you when I need help?
Subscribers can reach us by phone or email during business hours. Once subscribed, you’ll receive instructions on how to access your secure client portal.

Is this service HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously and follow all applicable standards for safeguarding personal and medical-related information.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you may cancel at any time. However, please note that canceled accounts will lose access to any special promotional pricing you may have had.

Do you offer refunds?

You’re seeing Green Patch Inc. because our secure client portal is powered by Practice Better, a professional platform trusted by healthcare providers and service advocates. Green Patch Inc. is simply the parent company behind the software. Rest assured, all billing, messaging, and services are handled directly by Anderson Senior Assistants.

How Our Service Works

  • Requests: Please submit all requests using our secure request form.

  • Business Hours: Monday–Friday, business hours. Requests are handled in the order received.

  • Communication: You’ll always hear back from support@andersonseniorassistance.com.

  • Time Tracking: Time is tracked in 5-minute increments and applied toward your monthly plan.

  • What’s Included: Phone calls, research, coordination, forms assistance, follow-ups, and problem resolution.

  • What’s Not Included: Legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. We coordinate and assist—we don’t replace licensed professionals.

  • After-Hours Requests: Urgent issues submitted after hours are addressed the next business day.
